Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Adroi Ltd. for the use of Hushr. Please read them. By creating an account or using Hushr, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Hushr is run by Adroi Ltd., 5 Hahoresh St., Yehud, Israel ("we", "us"). When you use Hushr, your contract is with Adroi Ltd.

You can reach us at support@hushr.io.

2. What Hushr does

Hushr watches the subreddits you choose on Reddit for new public posts. It scores new posts against the customer you describe, so the posts most worth answering come first. Some posts are skipped without a score, such as posts by bots and posts that were already old when they came in. It can also write short summaries of posts and draft replies for you to edit and post yourself.

Hushr scores posts, not people. It does not rate, profile or make decisions about the people who wrote them.

Hushr never posts, comments, votes or sends messages on Reddit. It never asks for your Reddit login. You decide what to say, and you post it yourself, from your own Reddit account.

Hushr is a listening tool. It helps you find public posts where someone has already asked a question, and answer them yourself if you choose. It is not an outreach, messaging, advertising or posting tool. It does not collect the email address, phone number or other contact details of the people who write the posts.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 18 and use Hushr for your business or work.

Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your Hushr account.

4. Reddit content

The posts and comments Hushr shows you are public posts on Reddit. They belong to the people who wrote them, under Reddit's rules. Hushr collects copies so you can read, sort and search them in one place.

Hushr is not made by, endorsed by or connected to Reddit. Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc.

When you reply on Reddit, you do it under Reddit's rules and each subreddit's rules. Many subreddits limit self-promotion. Read them before you post.

Reddit can change or limit access at any time. If that happens, Hushr may collect fewer posts, or none, until we fix it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Hushr to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • spam, harass, threaten or mislead anyone, on Reddit or anywhere else;
  • manipulate votes, run fake accounts, or post promotion that hides who you are or who pays you;
  • send unsolicited messages, direct messages or emails to people you found through Hushr;
  • run outreach, cold messaging or direct-message campaigns;
  • post in bulk, post the same reply in many threads, or post by script, bot or any other automation;
  • collect people's contact details, or build lead or prospect lists from what Hushr shows you;
  • find out who a Reddit user is in real life, or build a profile of a person;
  • copy, resell or publish the posts Hushr collects as a data set, or use them to train an AI model;
  • copy, scrape or probe Hushr itself, test its security without our written permission, or get around its limits;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • share one account with people outside your business.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Plans, the Free plan and the free trial

Each plan has limits, such as how many subreddits you can watch, how often Hushr checks for new posts, and how many summaries you can ask for each day, how many brand names are searched, how many sets of reply drafts you can ask for each day, and how many times a day you can press Pull now. The limits are on our pricing page and in the app. When you reach one, Hushr stops that part until the limit resets or you change plans.

All AI features in Hushr share one monthly AI allowance for your account, set by your plan. When it is used up, the AI features pause until the 1st of the next month (UTC).

New accounts with a work email get a free trial of 7 days. You do not need a card. When the trial ends, your account moves to our Free plan, which costs nothing and has lower limits. Personal email addresses (for example Gmail or Outlook) start on the Free plan, with no trial.

We give one free trial or Free plan per company email domain. A second account from the same company gets neither. It needs a paid plan, also after a paid plan of its own ends.

Until we open sign-up to everyone, you can only make an account if we invited you, and only by signing in with Google using the email address we invited. An invite can give you a paid plan free for a set number of days, starting on your first sign-in. When it ends, your account moves to our Free plan.

You can pick a paid plan at any time. We may change the Free plan's limits, or end the Free plan. If we do, we post the change on this page, with a new date, before it applies.

7. Paying

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Paddle takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Plans are billed monthly, in advance, and renew each month until you cancel. Prices are on our pricing page and at checkout. If we change the price of your plan, we email you before the new price applies to you.

If a payment fails, Paddle tries again. If it still fails, Paddle cancels the subscription and your plan ends. Your account then moves to the Free plan, unless section 6 says it cannot have one.

8. AI features

Hushr uses AI models to score posts, write summaries and draft replies. AI can be wrong. Scores, summaries and drafts may miss things or get them wrong. Check them before you rely on them, and read the original post before you answer.

You are responsible for what you post. A drafted reply is a draft for you to edit, not advice.

What you type into Hushr, and the replies you edit, are yours. You give us the right to use them only to run Hushr for you.

If you think something in Hushr infringes your rights, write to support@hushr.io. We will look at it and remove it if needed.

9. Our service and our rights

Hushr, its software, design and name belong to Adroi Ltd. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using Hushr.

We work to keep Hushr running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or find every post.

10. Cancelling and ending

You can cancel at any time in Manage billing on the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. If section 6 says it cannot have one, only the Billing and Settings pages open until you pick a plan again.

We keep your data while you have an account, on any plan, including Free. To delete your account and its data, write to us (see the Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts Hushr or other people at risk.

Refunds are covered in section 14.

11. Liability

Hushr is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect loss.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If a change matters, we will email account owners before it applies. If you keep using Hushr after that, you accept the new terms.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Adroi Ltd. is registered (see section 1).

Questions about these terms: support@hushr.io.

14. Refunds

If Hushr is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment. We will ask Paddle to refund you. Paddle decides, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

14.1 Who handles payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

14.2 The rule

Ask within 14 days of any payment. You do not have to give a reason. We will ask Paddle to refund that payment in full. Paddle decides, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

When we refund a payment, a person on our team also ends the plan it paid for, within one working day. The account then moves to the Free plan, unless our terms say it cannot have one.

After 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to one.

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead (a chargeback), Paddle handles the dispute, and a person on our team ends the plan that payment paid for, within one working day.

14.3 How to ask

Request a refund at paddle.net (find your order with the email you paid with), or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

Or write to us at support@hushr.io and we will ask Paddle to refund you.

If Paddle refunds you, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within a few days. Your bank may take longer.

14.4 Cancelling instead

If you only want to stop paying, cancel in Manage billing on the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

14.5 Your legal rights

This section does not take away any right you have by law. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase.
